Exploring modern Astro-native, SQLite-powered CMS architecture as a potential decoupled backend.
As a thought experiment and capability study, I'm currently evaluating EmDash. While my primary expertise lies in PHP and WordPress, the broader JavaScript and edge compute ecosystems are moving too fast to ignore.
EmDash's approach to storing schema natively in an SQLite database, paired with its incredibly fast Astro front-end capabilities, represents an intriguing concept for edge-ready Content Management Systems.
